We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our IT company. You will be the go-to person for many HR tasks, focusing on hiring new people and helping our current employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of IT roles, from crafting compelling job postings to coordinating the offer stage.
Proactively source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Own the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company, including all documentation and background verifications.
Keep employee records (like personal details and contracts) organized and up-to-date.
Track employee vacation time and attendance.
Provide general administrative support by managing company expense reports and petty cash.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR or recruitment-focused role.
Prior experience with IT recruitment is a significant advantage.
Good communication skills, both in writing and in person.
Comfortable using social media (like LinkedIn) to find candidates.
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
