HR & Admin Officer
Role & Responsibilities:
Implement organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.
Manage end-to-end recruitment through portals such as
Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
.
Oversee
hiring and onboarding formalities
for new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records, payroll, and leave data
.
Assist in managing administrative operations including
compensation management
and
payroll processing
.
Periodically review the applicability of
Labour and Employment Laws
, framing internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with management in creating
training plans
, conducting workshops, and coordinating logistical support for employee development initiatives.
Source and onboard
interns
for various departments through college partnerships and job portals.
Coordinate
management communication
and internal announcements.
Handle
customer feedback
, work towards improving the customer experience, and resolve customer queries via phone.
Required Skills:
Excellent
communication and negotiation
skills.
Strong
written English
proficiency.
Proficient in
Excel / Google Sheets
