Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized
HR & Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience
to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and manage new hire documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files (both physical and digital) with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave records, and other data.
Handle employee inquiries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
Support the performance management process by assisting with the documentation and scheduling of performance reviews.
Administrative:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and physical mail.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Travel & Logistics:
Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
General Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
Assist with the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably within the infrastructure, construction, or a related industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software is a plus.
Type writing English 40wpm
Languages should know - English, Hindi, Telugu
Soft Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu (or Hindi).
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
