Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR)
Manage end-to-end
recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update
employee records, files, and HR databases
Handle
attendance, leave management, payroll inputs
, and coordination with payroll vendors
Support implementation of
HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and administration
Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with
labour laws and statutory requirements
(PF, ESIC, etc.)
Administration
Oversee
office administration
, vendor management, and facility maintenance
Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory records
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and official documentation
Handle
vendor bills, petty cash
, and basic admin-related expenses
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of
HR processes and admin operations
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS or payroll software
Basic knowledge of statutory compliance
Prior experience in a similar HR/Admin role
