We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to join our team. This role involves supporting the HR department in all HR and administrative tasks while also coordinating closely with internal trainers and other departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about building a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with trainers and track training schedules, attendance, and feedback.
Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Manage office supplies, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with payroll inputs and attendance management as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
