Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: Through third party and vendor management.
Maintain employee records, documentation, HR MIS, and trackers.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and monthly reporting.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in performance evaluation processes and appraisal documentation.
Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Manage exit formalities, handovers, and full & final settlements.
Administration Responsibilities
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
Manage stationery, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Handle official communications, notices, and basic documentation.
Coordinate travel bookings, office events, meetings, and logistics.
Maintain office assets, inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Support management in implementing administrative processes and improvements.
Required Skills

MS Office / Excel proficiency

Knowledge of HRMS systems

Understanding of labour laws and admin processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR is a plus)
3 years of experience in HR and Admin roles
