Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with school standards and local regulations.
Monitor staff attendance, leave, and time-off records.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff development plans.
Organize training and development programs for staff.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions when needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safeguarding standards, and school policies.
Maintain confidentiality of all personnel matters.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Coordinate with school leadership on calendar planning, scheduling meetings, and event logistics.
Manage school documentation, including contracts, memos, circulars, and compliance reports.
Liaise with government bodies and accreditation agencies as needed.
Ensure proper maintenance of school records, files, and regulatory documents.
Assist in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management for HR and admin needs.
Supervise and support office staff such as front-desk, clerks, and janitorial teams.
Manage school transport, security, and facility maintenance (if required).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
Minimum [3-5] years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
Knowledge of labor laws, child protection, and school regulations.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with school management systems (SMS) is a plus.
