3. Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
4. Ensure all licenses renewed timely and updated & Compliance Register as per factory norms hr related
5. Follow up PF, ESIC Challan with consultant
6. Daily Housce keeping.
7. He should update any eventuality in the night shift or accidents if any should be reported to the management immediately and follow the first aid procedures. As a secondary responsibility to Safety officer who is primarily responsible.
8. on time labour contractor & Security Agency monthly bill cheking & Admin realated bill Panty Item Monthly Bill , Drinking RO Water & Banana monthly bill , Septic tank bill, housce keeping material monthly bill cheking & get authorized person signature & send for payment head office .
9 He should ensure that training is conducted to the employee with proper identification and done on regular basis. Records to be maintained with as per calendar schedule.
10. He should ensure all employees come to work as per standard norms fixed by the company. Properly dressed is safety shoes etc. No tobacco and mobiles are permitted No photographs to be taken of the plant. Unless authorized by the management.
11. Support the performance management process, including assisting with setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback.
12. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR matters.
13. Maintain accurate performance records and support the implementation of corrective actions if necessary.
