The ideal candidate will ensure HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance while also managing smooth day-to-day operations, managing front-office responsibilities, oversee company assets, and act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end
recruitment and onboarding
processes, including job postings, interviews, and induction.
Manage employee lifecycle- joining formalities, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Manage
employee engagement activities,
performance reviews, and grievance handling.
Maintain and update
HR policies, processes, and employee handbook
in line with organizational needs.
Drive performance management processes, including
monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, KRA/KPI setting, monitoring, and appraisals
.
Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRMS databases.
Oversee
attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and administration.
Handle front office/reception duties, including welcoming clients, managing calls, and correspondence.
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and service contracts.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar scheduling for management.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for smooth functioning.
Supervise housekeeping, facilities management, and overall office environment.
Support senior management in client communication and coordination.
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and official engagements.
Manage company assets, including tracking, maintenance, and proper utilization of office equipment, IT devices, and other resources.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
.
2-6 years of experience
in
HR and office administration
.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of
asset management systems/tools
will be an added advantage.
