We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager (Female) to manage end-to-end HR functions and office administration in compliance with Labour Laws and Central Labour Legislations applicable in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for statutory compliance, employee welfare, and smooth administrative operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
HR coordination, interviews & recruitment support
Team management, employee support & coordination
Training & employee appraisal
Attendance & leave management
Employee engagement activities
Knowledge of Kerala Labour Laws & statutory compliance preferred
Oversee office administration, facilities, housekeeping, and security
Manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and consultants
Maintain employee personal files and confidential record
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules
Support management in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
Qualifications & Experience:
Female candidate preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / Social Work (MSW preferred)
Minimum 5-8 years experience in HR & Administration in Kerala
Strong working knowledge of Kerala Labour Laws & Central Labour Acts
Experience handling labour inspections and statutory audits
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Proficient in MS Office
