Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Manage employee performance evaluation and disciplinary procedures.
Conduct training, team meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Maintain office assets, stationery, and general maintenance records.
Support management in day-to-day administrative operations.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
Maintain confidential HR files and company documentation.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate or MBA in HR / Administration preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Organized, responsible, and proactive personality.
Must be comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment.
