The HR & Administration Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative functions. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and general office administration to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll preparation and leave management.
Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws.
Administration:
Oversee office facilities, equipment, and supplies management.
Handle vendor management and service agreements.
Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination.
Support management in drafting policies, circulars, and communications.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
Ensure a safe, secure, and professional working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR & Administration (or fresher with certification in HR/Admin).
Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
