Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Handle payroll, attendance, and maintenance of employee records.
Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations.
Support and implement HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Additional HR certifications (HRA, SHRM, or similar) are a plus.
