Responsible Units - Mampad & Palakkad Manufacturing Units
Qualification:
Any Graduation with specialization in HR or related fields
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end Payroll Processing
Manage HRMS (Human Resource Management System) operations and data accuracy
Oversee statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, and other labor regulations
Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation
Support recruitment and onboarding activities as required
Coordinate with plant managers at Mampad and Palakkad units for HR-related matters
Prepare and submit HR reports to management regularly
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
Skills & Requirements:
Sound knowledge of payroll systems, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
Working knowledge of HRMS software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel frequently to Mampad and Palakkad locations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Other Requirements:
Males are preferred for this position due to frequent travel and on-site coordination
