and Responsibilities are mentioned below:

• To lead a team of 3 to 4 People
• The responsibility of team to recruitment / Administration / over all day to day smooth operation
• Appointment of vendor
• Assisting the Investment banking team the Investment banking team in smooth operation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular HR audits and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
