Assist HR Manager to arrange Team building activities in the workshop.
Responsible for updating all statutory documents and preparing documents as per applicable ACT. (Factory / Contract etc.)
Facilitate in fulfilling all HSE requirement by coordinating with Quality Manager and team.
Coordinate with all the workshop employees to facilitate with the required employee documents/ Medical cards/ confirmation letter.
Collate all the inputs required for the monthly Payroll activities - Joiners / Leavers, Overtime. Cross check all the Overtime hours as recorded by the Manager w.r.t to attendance details in ERP.
Schedule and Organize the Training programmes (internal / external training).
Responsible for conducting local exit process in the workshop.
Close timely all the required HR request in ERP.
Assist in the fulfilment of employee services
Updating & correction of ERP profile for new & existing employees and maintain up-to-date records of tenured employees.
Responsible for the proper maintenance of employee files and records.
Handling Blue Collar Workers and Workers Grievance handling.
Provide support and advice on employee relations matters, Disciplinary action process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Skill Sets-
Experienced in Blue Collar Hiring.
Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS- ERP is a plus
