Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Admin professional to manage HR operations and administrative activities at our factory/manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions within a factory or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance, leave records, shift planning, and manpower coordination
Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and ensure statutory compliance
Coordinate payroll data and prepare HR-related reports
Handle warehouse administration and provide administrative support to staff
Support day-to-day HR and admin operations at the site
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing company is mandatory
Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll coordination, and compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
