Job Summary
The HR Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, statutory
compliance, and administrative functions. The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and
excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timely disbursement
Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
Handle office administration and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support management with HR reports and MIS
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
