Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding formalities.
Prepare and manage attendance and leave reports.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Handle daily office administration and vendor coordination.
Manage stationery, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
Support HR in drafting letters and other official communication.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
