Manage recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interviews, joining formalities).
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in training & development activities.
Manage employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance management support.
Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration and facilities management.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record keeping.
Monitor office expenses and assist in budget control.
Manage assets, inventory, and office equipment.
Support management with reports, letters, and official correspondence.
Ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
1-2 years of experience in HR & Administration (depending on role level).
Experience in payroll, recruitment, and office administration preferred.
