Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end

recruitment & onboarding

(job postings, interviews, offer letters, joining formalities). Maintain

employee records

, personnel files, and HR databases. Handle

attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

. Support

performance management

and appraisal processes. Implement and enforce

HR policies, procedures, and company rules

. Address

employee grievances

and support employee engagement activities. Coordinate

training and development programs

. Ensure compliance with

labor laws

, statutory requirements, and internal regulations. Assist in

HR audits and reporting

.

Administration Responsibilities



Manage

office administration

, facilities, and vendor coordination. Oversee

office supplies, assets, and inventory management

. Handle

travel arrangements

, accommodation, and logistics. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. Support

administrative documentation

and correspondence. Organize

company events, meetings, and employee activities

. Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment.
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

HR practices and labor laws

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Good

organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain

confidentiality

Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1-2 years of experience in

HR & Administration

(based on role level) HR certification is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
