to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth administrative functioning, and support the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, documentation, and general office administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Handle employee grievance redressal and maintain a positive work environment.
Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Conduct employee orientation, induction, and exit formalities.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support performance appraisal and KRA/KPI evaluation processes.
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (if any).
Attention to detail, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
