We are looking for an experienced HR + Admin Executive to handle HR operations and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of PF, ESI, HR documentation, and admin coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain attendance, leave records & employee files
Handle onboarding, exits & basic grievance redressal
Assist in payroll & HR documentation
Manage office operations, vendor coordination & petty cash
Oversee facility management, utility bills, and admin records
Requirements:
Min. 3 years' experience in HR & Admin
Good knowledge of PF, ESI & labor compliance
Strong in MS Office & communication
Prior e-commerce/retail experience preferred
Bachelor's degree; BBA/MBA in HR is a plus
