HR Admin - Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and compliance documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and coordination with finance/payroll teams
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters
Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement activities
Coordinate background verification (BGV) and document verification
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR policies
Assist in HR audits, internal controls, and reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
