The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for assisting in daily HR and administrative activities at the Tellapur project site. The role includes attendance management, documentation, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and general administration to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Maintain daily attendance, manpower records, and leave registers for site employees and workers.
Support in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, onboarding new joiners, and maintaining employee files.
Prepare and update site-level HR reports and share them with the Head Office HR team.
Coordinate for ID cards, salary inputs, and statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in handling grievances and ensure discipline and compliance at the site.
Administration:
Manage site office logistics, stationery, housekeeping, and utilities.
Monitor visitor entry, staff movement, and accommodation records.
Handle documentation related to vendors, labour contractors, and petty cash.
Support the project team in administrative requirements and coordination with head office.
Ensure implementation of safety and welfare facilities for workers as per site norms.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Strong coordination and record-keeping abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
and email correspondence.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the site level with responsibility.
Qualifications:
MBA / BBA / Graduate in
Human Resources or Administration

0-2 years of experience (Freshers interested in site HR work are welcome).
