We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment cum Admin Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment processes and administrative operations. The role involves talent acquisition, employee coordination, documentation, office administration, and supporting HR functional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule technical discussions.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Organize employee joining formalities and induction.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management and HRMS data updates.
Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
Coordinate with departments for employee queries and internal communication.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documents as required.
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
Monitor front office activities, courier handling, and travel arrangements.
Organize meetings, celebrations, events, and trainings.
Maintain a professional and safe office environment.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR policies & recruitment process.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Time management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and teamwork.
Qualifications
Any degree (MBA HR or HR specialization preferred).
Proven experience in Recruitment & Admin roles is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
