About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to support both HR and administrative operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
? Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
? Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
? Support onboarding and induction activities.
? Assist with attendance monitoring and leave management.
? Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
? Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries.
? Support documentation, offer letter preparation, and onboarding formalities.
Administrative Responsibilities
? Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
? Maintain office cleanliness and ensure smooth office operations.
? Handle front desk tasks such as visitor management and attendance logs.? Assist in handling incoming calls, emails, and communication.
? Support daily administrative tasks and facility management.
? Manage courier, travel arrangements, and meeting room scheduling.
Required Skills
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and in a team.
Educational Qualification
? Any Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or related fields welcomed).
? HR or Admin internship experience (optional, not mandatory).
