Source, screen, and interview candidates for both technical and non-technical roles (operators, technicians, site staff, admin, etc.)
Coordinate interviews with department heads
Maintain candidate databases and job portals
Handle onboarding, offer letters, and documentation
HR Administration
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Prepare salary statements and coordinate with accounts/payroll team
Manage ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance
Issue HR letters - experience, relieving, warnings, etc.
General Admin
Coordinate office and site-level administrative support
Handle travel arrangements, ID cards, uniform, etc.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities
Required Skills
:
Strong knowledge of recruitment, especially for blue-collar and technical roles
Familiarity with labour laws, PF/ESI, payroll processing
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to handle field/site-level HR tasks independently
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience in HR/Admin (preferably in water treatment company /others can also apply ) - no freshers
