We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

HR & Admin

to support the daily operations of our Human Resources and Administration functions at

Legend Shipping Agencies

. The ideal candidate will handle employee-related matters, recruitment, HR documentation, and general office administration to ensure a well-organized and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:



Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and offboarding. Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Prepare HR-related letters and documentation (e.g., appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters). Monitor staff leave, medical claims, and attendance records. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, overtime, leave). Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

Administration:



Handle general office administration such as office supply management, equipment servicing, and facility coordination. Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, licenses, and renewal schedules. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for administrative matters. Support internal events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff as required.

Key Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualities:



Experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is an advantage. Familiarity with HR software or systems (e.g., payroll, leave management). Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
