Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and general HR support.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
Support payroll data preparation and HR compliance activities.
Assist in employee engagement programs and internal communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration (mandatory).
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR and recruitment roles.
Smart, confident, and well-spoken with strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
