Assist in posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Prepare offer letters, employee contracts, and new hire documentation
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding
Handle exit processes, including clearance, documentation, and feedback collection
Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital)
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data
Track employee attendance, leaves, and other records
Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll teams
Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and deductions
Support statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, PT, etc.)
Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
Ensure employee adherence to company policies
Assist in drafting or revising HR policies as needed
Manage HR software and databases
Generate HR reports (attendance, turnover, etc.) for management review
Track employee performance and training participation
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Provide support in resolving employee concerns and grievances
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries
Ensure HR processes follow labor laws and company regulations
Support HR audits by maintaining accurate documentation
Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices
