As an Executive - Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for assigned roles across functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, source quality talent, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities



Understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and competency expectations from hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and joining. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates for role fit, culture fit, and communication skills. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; follow up for feedback and next steps. Maintain proper documentation and recruitment trackers (pipeline, interview status, offers, joins). Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement. Support offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Work on bulk hiring and niche roles as per business needs. Adhere to hiring SLAs and contribute to achieving recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Assist in employer branding initiatives such as job postings, career pages, and referral drives.

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Experience:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or corporate).

Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience sourcing profiles through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn. Good screening and interviewing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Stakeholder management and coordination skills. Basic understanding of HR policies, hiring compliance, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for recruitment tracking. Familiarity with ATS/tools (Zoho Recruit or similar - good to have). Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
