: To manage front-office reception duties and provide administrative support to the HR & Admin department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a regulated pharma environment.
Key Responsibilities
: Reception & Front Office Manage front desk operations and greet visitors, auditors, vendors, and guests professionally Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services Maintain visitor entry records as per company and GMP requirements Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements HR Administration Support HR team in employee onboarding and documentation Maintain employee records, files, and HR registers Assist in attendance coordination, ID cards, and access management Support HR in employee communication and notices Administration Activities Coordinate with housekeeping, security, transport, and other admin vendors Monitor office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements Support audit and inspection-related administrative documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and pharma regulatory norms
Required Skills & Competencies
: Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable personality with professional etiquette Basic knowledge of HR admin processes Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a GMP-regulated environment
Preferred Profile
: Experience in pharma / healthcare / manufacturing industry preferred
