We are hiring

HR & Admin

for our Pondicherry factory, The role involves day to day HR operations, Managing adminstrative functions to ensure smooth factory operations.

Experience

- Fresher to 1 year

Key Responsibilities :-



1. Assist End to end recruitment and onboarding of employees.

2. Maintain Employee Records, Attendance, and leave management systems.

3. Support training, induction programs, and employee welfare activities.

4. Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

5. Ensure Compliance with labour laws, and statutory requirements ( PF, ESI etc..)

6. Manage office and factory administration including facilities, housekeeping, and security.

7. Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and statutory records.

Skills & Competencies :-



1. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Knowledge of HR Practices, Labour laws, and statutory compliance.

3. Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power point )

4. Problem - solving abilities and proactive.

5. Ability to multitasks and manage time effectively.

Qualifications :-



Candidate finished their post graduations in MBA or MSW In Human Resource Management - Fresher or 1 year experience.
