Roles & Responsibilities



Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including attendance management, leave records, and employee queries. Support the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees. Handle administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and documentation. Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and MIS. Ensure smooth office operations and a positive workplace environment.

Key Skills Required



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Timely and accurate maintenance of attendance and HR records. Smooth coordination of interviews and onboarding process. Responsiveness to employee queries and admin support. Effective execution of employee engagement activities. Accuracy in reporting and documentation. Contribution to maintaining a positive and productive work culture.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
