Job Title: HR and Admin Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply)
Key Responsibilities
1. Personnel and Records Management
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
3. University and Institutional Relations
Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and training institutes for recruitment and internships.
Coordinate campus drives, internship programs, and academic collaborations.
Represent Bariflo Cybernetics at placement events, job fairs, and institutional meetings.
4. Policy and Compliance
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Support internal policy updates and documentation processes.
5. Payroll and Benefits Administration
Provide accurate employee data for payroll processing.
Manage attendance, leave requests, and assist in benefits administration.
6. Administrative and Operational Support
Act as the first point of contact for HR and administrative matters.
Manage day-to-day office operations, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Assist in organizing company meetings, workshops, and internal events.
Attend company meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
7. Reporting and Analytics
Prepare HR-related reports on recruitment, attrition, and workforce trends.
Provide management with HR data and performance insights.
8. Office and Facility Management
Oversee general office operations, inventory, and maintenance.
Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
9. Travel and Field Coordination
Required to travel up to
20%
of the time for recruitment drives, university visits, and official company meetings.
All travel-related expenses will be covered by the company.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
Compensation
?12,000 - ?14,000 per month (based on performance and experience)
Travel:
Up to 20% -- company-provided travel support and expense coverage.
Office Timing:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
