Key Responsibilities:
Assist with posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire induction and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal files, contracts, and attendance data.
.Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensure compliance, and provide clarification on HR-related queries
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Track and follow up on client communications and feedback to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of services.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining office supplies, handling courier services, and managing vendor relationships.
Ensure a professional, responsive, and consistent client experience that reflects the organization's commitment to quality and service excellence.
