Roles & Responsibility :
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Drive employee engagement, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Administration:
Supervise office facilities, vendor management, and procurement.
Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and office supplies.
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
Oversee maintenance, security, and housekeeping functions.
Operations:
Monitor and streamline day-to-day operational processes.
Coordinate cross-departmental activities to improve workflow efficiency.
Implement operational policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
Support management in budget planning and cost control.
