About Us:
We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency offering 360 marketing solutions across social media, performance marketing, web development, and more. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Office Admin to manage HR operations, handle office administration, and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.
Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.).
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate employee engagement, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Manage office administration including vendors, facilities, and inventory.
Attend all meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and share them with concerned team members.
Ensure daily task tracking and follow-up to check progress.
Use project/HR management software (e.g., Zoho, Asana, Trello, HRMS tools) for workflow management.
Support management in creating processes for team efficiency.
Act as the point of contact for employee queries and office needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of HR and office administration experience (agency experience preferred).
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with project/HR management software is a plus.
Ability to take clear MOM and ensure proper task follow-ups.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
