Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, screening, interviews, documentation).
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance reviews, etc.) and HR databases.
Administer payroll inputs and liaise with finance for salary processing.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Organize company events, travel, and meetings.
Ensure smooth office operations, including housekeeping and security.
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP HR).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
