Our client is a fast-growing organization in the manufacture of products including Polypropylene (PP) Woven Fabrics, Sacks and Bags that are used for packaging of goods for the domestic and international markets. They are located at Erode, Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities:
1. All HR related Statutory compliances management.
2. He will be responsible for onboarding the employees.
3. He will also be responsible to maintain the documents and personal files of all employees.
4. Managing the employee's safety.
5. Managing the administration of employee management, that includes attendance, leave management, hostel management and general discipline of all people.
6. Manage the Security personnel.
7. Manage the Canteen effectively.
8. Manage the House keeping more effective and work out the alternatives.
9. He will be doing the leg work to the PF, ESI, Labour Office as and when required.
10. He will be responsible for the monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly and annual returns of all statutory and compliance management.
11. Work closely with the HR Business partner on employee engagement activities.
