Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:



1. Time keeping in the office and daily attendance report.

2. All matters pertaining to statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Labour.

3. Payroll Management & Salary slips

4. Assist in Manpower planning, recruitment and related process

5. Planning & Executing Employee engagement activities

6. Telephone, mobile and other utilities management.

7. Keep daily labour records and assist in weekly labour payments.

8. Conduct new recruit induction and training whenever required.

9. New Insurance and Renewal of employee's health insurance, vehicles, site

insurance etc.

10.Maintain a ready reckoner excel sheet to be made available at any time.

11. Maintenance and updating of official records.

12.MIS reports for HR & Admin.

13.Any other duties assigned by the Management.

SALARY SCALE:



18000-24000 depending on the experience

QUALIFICATION:



MBA / Bachelor's degree

SKILLS:



Excellent written and spoken English, Knowledge of MS Office and

expertise in working with Spread sheets, Basic knowledge of statutory requirements

and labour laws.

EXPERIENCE:



3-4 years minimum in HR and Admin

PERSONALITY:



A person with a positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt to

situations, team player, empathetic, well organised and ethical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
