Job Responsibilities:
1) Maintain all labour laws compliances as applicable to client sites
2) Maintain all employee records and documentation for contract employees and regular employees handle documentation/registers
3) Ensure accurate daily attendance taking process for inhouse and client-site employees;
4) Support in monthly payroll process
5) Coordinating with company's labour consultant for PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity related matters and claims
6) Organize employee training programs and skill-building workshop.
7) Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, conflict resolution and any mishap or accident situation
8) Plan engagement initiatives and recognition programs to boost employee morale and team spirit, increase efficiency/productivity and inculcate a corporate culture
9) Support in recruitment activities
10) Execute full and final process for employees leaving the company
11) Ensure smooth functioning of admin activities
12) Any other HR/IR activity as required

Skills Required:
- Prior Experience: 3 - 5 years HR/IR experience
- Experience in biometric/GPS based attendance system
- Understanding of labour laws
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership and decision making
- Willingness to multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Education: Diploma or Graduate
