HR & ADMIN OFFICER

to manage human resources and administrative operation.The ideal candidate have a strong managerial skill and ability.

Key responsibilities:



Handling recruitment ,on boarding,and Exit formalities. Maintain employee documents and HR documents. Manage attendants leave and payroll co ordination. Strong managerial and decision making skill Organize training ,meeting to employees Basic accounting knowledge

Educational Qualification:



Minimum : Bcom



Preferred :MBA /PGDM in HR related field



Experience :1+ years



AGE Requirements : 28 above



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Work Location: In person
