End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves & MIS
Execute employee engagement activities & internal communication
Handle statutory compliance PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity
Support payroll inputs & coordination with accounts
Ensure smooth HR operations & documentation
Support director in administrative activities (office management, coordination)
Basic sales / sales coordination exposure will be considered a plus
