Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring organizational effectiveness through strong HR practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
