Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs on job portals of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and on-boarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance documentation.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support exit formalities including documentation and clearance processes.
Administrative & Purchase Functions
Coordinate purchase activities including vendor follow-ups, purchase orders, and invoice verification.
Maintain purchase records, bills, quotations, and vendor documentation.
Track inventory, office supplies, and assets; ensure timely replenishment.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for administrative requirements.
Ensure proper filing and record keeping of all administrative and purchase-related documents.
Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintain accurate physical and digital records related to HR, administration, and procurement.
Ensure confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive documents.
Assist in audits by providing required documentation and reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, administration
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
