Assist in sourcing resumes from job portals and referrals

2. HR Operations
Assist in maintaining
employee master data
, personal files, and NDA records
Support attendance tracking, late mark updates, and leave records
Help in preparing HR reports (attendance, manpower, joining status)
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
Assist in data collection for payroll processing
Support PF/ESIC documentation and basic compliance records
Coordinate with Accounts for salary-related data (as guided)
4. Admin & Coordination (Basic)
Support office admin tasks (ID cards, stationery records, asset tracking)
Assist in employee engagement activities
Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements
5. Documentation & MIS
Prepare HR trackers, Excel sheets, and Word documents
Maintain proper filing (physical & digital)
Assist in policy communication and acknowledgements
Eligibility Criteria:
Pursuing or completed
MBA / PGDM (HR)
or
BBA (HR)
Basic knowledge of HR functions
Good communication and coordination skills
Working knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, Email
