The HR Admin will support the human resources and crewing functions of the shipping company by managing employee records, assisting with crew documentation, coordinating joining formalities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update HR & crew records, certificates, and personal files.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and contract preparation.
Handle HR administration tasks such as drafting letters, maintaining HRMIS entries, and updating internal databases.
Liaise with manning agents, training institutes, and statutory bodies as required.
Assist in office administration tasks including vendor coordination and general support activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of HR/administration experience (marine background preferred).
Knowledge of crew documentation, STCW requirements, or shipping industry processes is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
