We are looking for an HR - Admin Executive who will be responsible for handling daily HR activities, employee documentation, and general administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, and onboarding
Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management: joining, confirmations, appraisals, and exit processes
Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance as per company standards
Maintain and analyse attendance, leave records, and support monthly payroll processing
Manage employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Maintain HR documentation, database accuracy, and MIS reports
Oversee administrative operations such as vendor coordination, facility maintenance, asset management, and office procurement
Support management with HR audits, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR / Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR & Admin role
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word must)
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
